Bioveris is Professional Use Only ("PUO") and sells exclusively to verified licensed healthcare professionals and pharmacies. Bioveris is a manufacturer and supplier only — it does not practice medicine and does not provide clinical guidance. Several products on the Service are investigational compounds that have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on the Service have not been evaluated by the FDA. The licensed practitioner placing the order is solely responsible for the clinical determination of appropriateness, including indication, dosing, monitoring, and informed consent.
Practitioners are responsible for ensuring all use complies with applicable state and federal law, including their practice act, state board rules, the Controlled Substances Act where relevant, and state-level restrictions on specific peptide compounds. Where a destination state restricts a product, checkout will block the order; if you operate under a documented compounding-pharmacy authorization or other practice-act exception, contact compliance@bioveris.co before placing the order.
Once a shipment leaves our facility and is tendered to the carrier, the chain of custody passes to the receiving practitioner. Returns of opened or temperature-sensitive product are not accepted. Damaged or visibly compromised shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the carton, packing materials, and product. Account access is by application; license verification is required and renewed at credential expiration.
Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice, the practice of medicine or pharmacy, or the formation of a practitioner-patient relationship between Bioveris and any patient of a customer.
